Intelsat S.A., the world’s leading provider of satellite services, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.71875 per share, to be paid to holders of its 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Junior Non-voting Preferred shares, in accordance with the terms of the preferred shares.  The dividend will be paid on November 1, 2013, to holders of record as of October 15, 2013.
