[Satellite TODAY 03-27-13] ORBCOMM has signed an agreement with Kobelco Construction Machinery (KCM), Japan’s second largest manufacturer of hydraulic excavators, to deliver a global telematics application. 

    KCM will use ORBCOMM’s global satellite communications network to track and monitor the location, status and performance of their construction equipment. The on-board system will feature enhanced visibility and better asset management of their machinery.
