[Satellite TODAY 01-30-13] Telenor Satellite Broadcasting (TSBc) has appointed Morten Tengs as its new CEO, the company announced Jan. 30.  Tengs will take charge later this year. He replaces Cato Halsaa , who will retire this summer. Previously, Tengs served as Senior Vice President at Telenor Group’s regional office for Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, since 2011.
