Personal satellite messaging, tracking and navigation technology company DeLorme, has partnered with Spacenet Communications Services de Mexico (Spacenet Mexico) to deliver its award-winning inReach two-way satellite communication technology to customers across all markets in the Mexico region.
   DeLorme’s first Latin American partnership aims to increase inReach’s global presence and position inReach as the communications solution for those who are not covered by cell phone service due to their remote location. The inReach technology is designed to be an affordable satellite communicator with two-way SOS alerting and personal text messaging, confirmation of message delivery and distant GPS tracking capabilities, allowing wireless interfacing with popular smartphones and tablets. By operating over the Iridium satellite network, inReach aims to deliver global two-way satellite communications, quicker message delivery and high network reliability in difficult GPS environments.
