The creation of nc+ allows the TVN Group to benefit from important synergies, driven by revenue growth and cost optimization, while securing its content distribution.

Current Canal+ Group France Senior Vice-President Finance and Strategy Julien Verley will join the TVN Group as CEO of nc+.
