Newtec’s new business partner program “bePart” has reaped more than 15 new strategic partnerships in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America, the company announced Oct 5.

   Newtec unveiled the partner-driven global initiative in September. Since then, the company said it has established agreements with partners on five continents, including Argentinean broadcast equipment provider OM Systems and African Union Communications.

   Newtec CEO Serge Van Herck said that the new business Partners would benefit from access to Newtec products, specialized training specific to customers’ needs and joint-brand reputations.

   “Newtec understands that business partners need to be competitive and profitable in order to grow, and that is exactly what the Newtec Business Partner Program focuses on. Working with partners helps us to be closer to our customers. Our business partners add extra value through their local presence, local market knowledge and additional solutions that better serve the needs of end-users,” Van Herck said in a statement.
