HughesNet Business Internet aims to offer five plans with download speeds of up to 5 Mbps. Inmarsat Launches IsatPhone Link Service
Inmarsat has launched IsatPhone Link — a new global fixed satellite phone service based on its IsatPhone Pro handheld satellite phone.
The IsatPhone Link service went live June 30 with voice capabilities, email, low-speed data and support for both single and multi-user capability in a fixed installation for global customers.
Inmarsat said it is targeting the new service at sectors that typically operate in remote areas not served by terrestrial networks — oil and gas, mining, construction, utilities and NGO aid organizations.
