Eutelsat Appoints Two Board Members

Eutelsat Communications has appointed two members to its board.

Francisco Reynes, CEO of Abertis, replaces Carlos Sagasta Reussi for the remaining duration of his mandate for the financial year ending June 30, 2011.

Olivier Rozenfeld, a former financial director of Iliad Group, replaces Pier Francesco Guarguaglini for the remaining duration of his mandate for the financial year ending June 30, 2012.

OnAir CEO Resigns

OnAir CEO Benoit Debains resigned after three-and-a-half years as OnAir’s CEO to return to Airbus.

Ian Dawkins, former senior vice president and head of future programs of Airbus SAS, replaces Debains as OnAir’s CEO. Dawkins has served as program director for the Wide Body Program at BAE Systems and Vice President of Program Operation and Management for the Airbus A320 fleet.
