AsiaSat Wade to replace jackson as ceo

AsiaSat CEO Peter Jackson will step down as CEO July 31 and be appointed executive chairman at the beginning of August and remain as executive director of AsiaSat until late July 2011.

AsiaSat deputy CEO and Executive Director William Wade, who has been with AsiaSat since 1994, will replace Jackson.

IDC Changes Executive Leadership

Former President and CEO Ron Clifton resigned from International Datacasting Corp.’s (IDC) board of directors less than two weeks after being replaced as the company’s president and CEO.

Adam Adamou, president and managing partner of Caseridge Capital Corp., a Toronto-based specialty investment firm, replaced Clifton as chairman. The remaining board members are Del Lippert, Frank Ruffolo and IDC President and CEO Fred Godard.

Clifton’s resignation follows the departure of Denis Colbourne, Stuart Smith and Kevin Rankin from IDC’s board.
