[Satellite TODAY 03-16-10] Euroconsult and Irwin Communications are in discussions to merge and transform Irwin Communications into the Washington D.C.-based subsidiary of Euroconsult, the companies announced March. 16. 
    Euroconsult and Irwin Communications have been partnering since 2008 to support projects for numerous U.S.-based service providers, manufacturers, operators and investors.
    “Once Euroconsult decided to create an office in the United States, we considered a number of option, but our partnership with Susan Irwin has been a real success, and we have found that our complementary skills and areas of expertise have brought real value to customers,” Steve Bochinger, managing director of Euroconsult North America, said in a statement.
