[Satellite Today 03-05-10] International Datacasting Corp. (IDC) appointed Fred Godard president and CEO, replacing Ron Clifton, the company announced March 3.
   Godard founded Qustream Corp. and served as its executive chairman, CEO and President until February 2009, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Qustream and its subsidiaries. Godard also has served as president and CEO of Leitch Technology Corp.
   “IDC’s long-term growth opportunity is developing products and technology for the professional video market. The track record of success that Fred brings to this industry will be of great benefit to IDC," Denis Colbourne, IDC’s chairman, said in a statement.
