[Satellite TODAY 02-12-10] Pace, a technology supplier to satellite pay-TV sector, has appointed Andrew Networks general manager of Pace Networks and Shane McCarthy as vice president of sales, the company announced Feb. 12.
    Ward previously served vice president of sales at Pace, playing a key role in increasing annual revenues with customers such as Sky Deutschland, Sky Italia and Viasat.
    McCarthy becomes vice president of sales following three years as a group account director. McCarthy created a new business division within Pace, securing and delivering deals with operators such as Multichoice of South Africa.
