Astrium Services, a subsidiary of EADS Astrium, signed an agreement to become a value-added reseller of Iridium satellite communication equipment and services, Iridium announced June 11.

The deal authorizes Astrium to package Iridium-based voice and data solutions for a wide range of customers.
