Rick Howe has been named vice president of business development for Ensequence, the interactive video company announced June 4.

Howe will represent Ensequence with cable, satellite and IPTV operators, working closely with operators on the deployment of interactive TV advertising and programming initiatives.

Howe was previously executive vice president of sales and marketing for Zodiac Interactive.
