Orbcomm and its subsidiaries have signed a settlement with Quake Global Inc. dismissing all legal proceedings between the companies, Orbcomm announced May 14. Furthermore, they inked a 10-year manufacturing agreement for Quake Global to continue producing subscriber communicators for use on the Orbcomm network.

Orbcomm’s low-Earth orbit satellite network provides commercial wireless messaging for asset management and related operations. Quake Global has manufactured devices for use with it since the network began operation, Orbcomm said.

No financial terms were disclosed.
