GeoEye has appointed Uyen Dinh as its senior director for government affairs, the satellite imaging company announced May 11.

Dinh becomes responsible for the overall development and execution of the company’s legislative affairs and government relations programs.

Prior to joining GeoEye, she served as chief counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Dinh also served as counsel for the House Armed Services Committee, the House Government Reform Committee, and for Representative Tom Davis (R-Va.).
