In reporting its 2006 numbers, Tandberg Television claimed total revenue earnings of $350.3 million with a gross margin of 57.8 percent. The company listed operating expenses of $128.7 million, with depreciation and amortization for the year amounting to $18.6 million, resulting in operating profit of $55.2 million, the company announced March 12.

The company also announced that all members of its board of directors, except Arne Jensen, have tendered for all of their own shares acceptance of the voluntary offer launched last month by Ericsson.
Tandberg’s annual general meeting has been rescheduled for March 30.
