DayPort, a content management solution specialist, has signed a fresh deal with U.K. satellite pay-TV operator, BSkyB.

Europe’s leading satellite pay-TV operator with over eight million subscribers, BSkyB will use DayPort’s content management systems for all new media platforms.

DayPort has secured an order from Sky to expand the current Carbon Publish solution at Sky News Active. The existing Carbon Publish system has been operational for the past eight months and has now been expanded to accommodate the increased demand for content on new media platforms.
