Northrop Grumman Elects Bush President, COO
Wesley Bush has been elected COO of Northrop Grumman Corp., the company announced Feb. 13.
Bush, who also serves as Northrop Grumman’s president, joined the company in 2002 as part of the acquisition of TRW Inc. and previously served as president of its Space Technology sector. In 2005, he was elected corporate vice president and CFO and in 2006, he was elected president and CFO.
James Palmer has been elected to replace Bush as CFO. Palmer is CFO of Visteon Corp. and served from 2000 to 2004 as president of Boeing Capital Corp.
Both elections are effective March 12.
