Bruce Henoch has joined Stratos Global Corp. as vice president for legal and regulatory affairs, the company announced Feb. 7.

Henoch comes to Stratos from the law firm of Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, where he was a shareholder in Telecommunications Group. Prior to that he worked with Comsat Corp., Telenor Satellite Services, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the law firm of Arnold & Porter.
