Radyne Corp. announced Aug. 24 the James Spilker had been elected to the company’s board of directors. Spilker’s addition expands Radyne’s board to six members.

Spilker was the co-founder and currently serves on the board of Rosum Corp., which designs and markets a location tracking solution. He also sits on the strategic advisory board for Connexion by Boeing.
