TDS Telecommunications Corp., which offers telecom and broadband services to rural and suburban communities across the United States, and Echostar Communications Corp. announced July 7 that TDS will offer Echostar’s Dish Network direct-to-home satellite television service as part of a bundled package under a single bill to its customers. Previously, customers that purchased Dish service through TDS were billed separately for the service.

“We are pleased to make Dish Network’s service available to TDS Telecom customers in a more convenient, tightly bundled package,” Tom Stingley, senior vice president at Echostar’s Broadband division, said in a statement. “This partnership will allow our joint customers to enjoy a single bill, single point of contact, greater customer services and packaged discounts.”
