Orbcomm said May 23 it signed agreements with seven technology companies that will offer their customers Orbcomm’s satellite data communications services with their mobile and fixed asset applications and services.

The new value added resellers include: Hunt Power, which offers a daily meter reading package; Intelek, which collects data from remote equipment and properties; Lat-Lon, which offers asset tracking services; High Tide Technologies LLC, which offers water, wastewater and environmental monitoring solutions; SecurShield Technologies, which offers a tracking and monitoring solution for taxis and buses; American Innovations, which offers remote monitoring systems for its oil and gas, water and wastewater, and industrial customers; and Atlantic Electronics Ltd., which offers vessel monitoring systems for fishing vessels.

Financial terms of each of these deals were not disclosed.
