  • Sicilia International has opened a new outlet on 12563 MHz horizontal, SR 2222, FEC 3/4, VPID 4194, APID 4195 in clear MPEG-2. It seems that Eutelsat-II-F3 capacity is rapidly being occupied by Italian independent TV channels.
