Synspective Inc. announced on Tuesday it is opening two subsidiaries in the United States: Synspective USA HD, Inc., a holding company, and Synspective USA, Inc., an operating company in Colorado. The subsidiaries will expand operations from the company’s headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

This strategic expansion marks a milestone in the company’s growth. Synspective plans to offer satellite technology and insights to clients across North America and Latin America, the world’s largest space-related market.

Synspective USA, Inc. plans to deliver synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology solutions for sectors, including national and homeland security, infrastructure monitoring, disaster response, human security, and environmental management. Synspective Inc. said it aims to enhance partnerships with local stakeholders and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Synspective CEO Dr. Motoyuki Arai commented: “We intend to proactively invest, as expanding our business contributes to the U.S. economy. By opening a subsidiary in the U.S., we aim to foster closer collaboration with local businesses and governments, ensuring that our innovative SAR solutions are readily available to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the region.”
