[Via Satellite 06-24-2015] Satellite imagery startup BlackSky Global has formed a content partnership with commercial imagery intelligence provider AllSource Analysis. BlackSky will provide high-resolution, rapid-revisit, cost-effective satellite imaging data to AllSource for incorporation into its multisource analytics capabilities and product development.

The partnership is expected to support a variety of analyses across multiple industries such as agriculture, forestry, civil government, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), defense, finance, engineering, energy and others. BlackSky Global is planning a constellation of 60 Earth observation satellites by the end of 2019 that will image more than 95 percent of Earth’s populated area.
