[Via Satellite 04-05-2016] Singapore Airlines has selected Panasonic Avionics to deliver broadband connectivity and personalized entertainment across the airline’s Boeing 787-10 and A350 fleets. This announcement comes on the heels of the delivery of Singapore Airlines’ first A350 aircraft equipped with Panasonic’s In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems.

Panasonic will deliver IFEC solutions for Singapore Airlines’ mobile media app, KrisWorld, on board their 787-10 A350-900 aircraft. The airline will be the launch customer for both fleets. The experience will also include the capability to provide broadband Internet services to passenger devices and seatbacks, as well as mobile phone services.
