Elbit said the new capability includes Wideband Global Satcom (WGS) and MIL-STD-188-164 waveform support, as well as improvements in quality of service, acceleration and optimization performance and network management.

   The new system also features support for InterSKY single frequency multiple carriers (SFMC) cancellation capability.

   “The InterSKY 4M unit allows strategic, deployed and tactical military units at all levels to maintain full connectivity at any given time. Elbit Systems’ cutting edge stationary, transportable and mobile military satellite communication systems operate in Ka-, Ku-, C- and X-band and are fully compatible with both commercial and military satellites,” Elbit said in a company statement.
