[Satellite TODAY 03-09-12] MTN Government Services has rolled out its new Re-Deployable Secure Operations Center (RSOC) — a secure, self-standing mobile facility for government and commercial organizations in military, oil and gas, construction and data center vertical markets, the company announced March 7.

The RSOC solution, based off of the U.S. government’s Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, can be drop-shipped into any environment and assembled within days by only a couple of installers, MTN said. The self-supporting structure was designed to withstand multiple disassemblies and redeployments without degradation.
“Our solution addresses many of the shortcomings of traditional Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs),” MTN Government Services President James Ramsey said in a statement. “SCIFs lack modularity, flexibility and reusability, and are expensive to build as they typically take months to stand up. Organizations are demanding standalone, fully functional secure mobile facilities that can be reused for various tasks and operations. The MTNGS RSOC is ready today and meets the advanced needs of organizations requiring a remote secure facility.”
