[Satellite TODAY 04-06-11] Integral Systems was awarded an $8.6 million contract modification to its Command and Control System-Consolidated (CCS-C) contract with the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center, Integral Systems announced April 5.
    Integral Systems continue to provide its Epoch Integrated Product Suite to simplify U.S. Air Force operations and consolidate military satellite ground systems, and the deal also provides Integral Systems with additional funding to develop software, databases, command procedures and interface screens and deliver upgrades supporting the WGS-4 satellite. Integral was awarded the CCS-C contract in 2002.
    "Integral Systems will provide both hardware and software upgrades to the command and control software to consolidate the satellite ground systems supporting USAF Block 2 WGS operations. After our success with WGS Block 1 satellites, we look forward to continued success with the WGS Block 2 satellites," Integral Systems’ CCS-C Senior Program Manager Larry Lind said in a statement.
