[Satellite TODAY 12-02-10] Integral Systems’ Satcom Solutions Division was awarded more than $14 million in additional U.S. government, domestic and international contracts to provide satellite communications products, ground systems and network infrastructure products as well as on-going services, the company announced Dec. 1.
The contract awards include: the establishment of three multi-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for Manpack RaptorX45 terminals, 117MT maritime terminals and the IoPlex everything-over-IP (EOIP) multiplexers; multiple orders for Ku-band block upconverters and power amplifiers; and the delivery of several next generation CFK-220 red/black baseband kits supporting global NIPRNET and SIPRNET access.
In addition, the company received a continuation of two Airtime service contracts to U.S. state and federal agencies, which will see the company provide on-demand, global broadband access with multi-waveform support at data rates up to 1.7 gigabits per second.
The names of the government customers were not disclosed.
