[Satellite TODAY 03-12-10] CapRock Government Solutions has expanded coverage on its pre-packaged satellite subscription service, CommandAccess, the company announced March 10.
   The service now includes a commercial X-band network with military-grade features for secure voice, video, and data communications. The service supports Wideband Global Satellite certified terminals and enables customers to use existing remote field equipment or approved commercial satellite equipment on the CapRock network.
   “Even customers who only use their satellite service for a few minutes per day will see significant improvements in performance and operational costs by switching to CommandAccess,” David Myers, CapRock Government Solutions executive vice president and general manager said in a statement. “We designed the network with plug-and-play-anywhere capabilities to provide our customers with the unsurpassed flexibility and survivability that their missions require.”
