[Satellite Today 11-04-08] United Space Alliance, a space operations provider, has been awarded a three-year, $206.5 million contract from NASA, United Space Alliance announced Nov. 4.
    The provider said it will be working on NASA’s integrated mission operations contract, and could potentially have up to 700 employees working on the contract.
Under the contract, United Space Alliance will also support NASA’s Johnson Space Center with flight operations work for the constellation and International Space Station programs.
    The company expects to take in additional revenue of up to $164.5 million if a one-year option and variable work content are fully exercised.
