Lindsey Fuller, CEM

SVP, Satellite Group

As SVP of the Satellite Group, Lindsey Fuller is responsible for the strategic growth and cohesive direction of the Satellite Group, including the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, Via Satellite, and CyberSat. Lindsey began her career at Access Intelligence in May of 2008 as marketing manager of the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition.
Lindsey was soon promoted to marketing director, overseeing the marketing campaigns for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, OR Manager Conference and numerous conferences in the Defense and Aviation markets. Pursuing her passion for face-to-face events and building strategies for audience engagement, Lindsey was promoted to show director of the aerospace events at Access Intelligence, including the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, Hosted Payload Summit and Avionics for NextGen where she oversaw the marketing, sales, operations and content for each event.

Prior to Access Intelligence, Lindsey began her tradeshow career at National Trade Productions on the GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready tradeshows and worked at 1105 Government Information Group as Marketing Manager for numerous government conferences. Lindsey has a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary.

Kim Mateus

Brand Director, Via Satellite & CyberSat

As Brand Director of Via Satellite and CyberSat, Kim leads the strategic vision and operational direction of the satellite industry’s leading multi-platform media brand and its premier cybersecurity event, which plays a pivotal role in addressing the critical challenges of space security. Tasked with overseeing the editorial, sales, and marketing teams, Kim is responsible for driving revenue growth, product innovation, and profitability by aligning Via Satellite and CyberSat with broader industry trends and leveraging a diverse array of products and services, ensuring a seamless and forward-thinking approach across all initiatives. With nearly two decades of proven experience transforming legacy publishers into digital powerhouses, Kim combines visionary leadership with a down-to-earth, collaborative style and a deep understanding of business development, consistently pushing boundaries to achieve industry-leading growth.

Joe Milroy

Publisher, Via Satellite & CyberSat

Joe Milroy joined Access Intelligence in 2004 as Account Executive for Via Satellite. Based on success and his passion for the business, Joe was promoted to National Sales Manager, Associate Publisher and then Publisher. Joe has more than 20 years of experience in B-to-B publishing and as Publisher, he works closely with editorial, sales, marketing, audience development and events to help guide the strategy and direction of Via Satellite and CyberSat. Joe thrives on launching new products and events which fill a niche in the market, educate and help bring together buyers and sellers whether it’s online, face-to-face or in print. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, Joe worked for Penton Media, VerticalNet, and Pennwell Publishing.

Mark Holmes

Senior Editorial Director, Via Satellite

Mark serves as the Editorial Director of Via Satellite. As Editorial Director, Mark is directly responsible for driving the content and news that Via covers, making it the satellite and connectivity industry’s most respected and read satellite content. He has interviewed some of the biggest names in the business, including exclusive interviews with Jeff Bezos and Sir Richard Branson. Over the last several years, Mark has sat at the helm of the launch of two new major events – The Global Connected Aircraft Summit and CyberSat Summit – and has played a key role in developing the conference program for the world’s largest global satellite trade show, SATELLITE. An accomplished public speaker, Mark has graced stages in Washington, Moscow, Singapore, and London among others, and has frequently moderated some of the most attended panels in satellite. Mark has been at Access Intelligence for two decades, working on a variety of titles in telecom, broadband, digital TV, and satellite. Outside of work, Mark is a keen tennis player, a collector of watches from new and up-and-coming watch brands, and has a liking for international dramas and movies.

Jeffrey Hill

Executive Chairman, SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition
Executive Editor, Via Satellite

Jeff serves as the Executive Editor of Via Satellite and chair of the annual SATELLITE conference and exhibition in Washington D.C. He is also the host and producer of Via Satellite’s On Orbit podcast and the host of Via Satellite’s technology webcast series. Over the course of his nearly 15-year career, Jeff has become one of the most connected people in the space and satellite industry. He has interviewed prominent space and technology leaders such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, Bea Perez, Emily Calandrelli, and Charles Bolden, as well as hundreds of policy makers, investors, influencers and executives from all over the world.

A native of Philadelphia, he began his career as web editor for Next City magazine, while covering city hall politics for Philadelphia Weekly and Philadelphia Inquirer. He also previously served as a director of communications at Drexel University. He now lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and son, two beagles, and piles of books, musical instruments, and knick-knacks from countless industry events and conferences. He enjoys making Slack Emojis of his co-workers.

Rachel Jewett

Senior Managing Editor, Via Satellite

Rachel Jewett joined the Via Satellite team as assistant managing editor in 2019 and was promoted to managing editor in 2020. She reports on industry news and manages and edits Via Satellite. Rachel also writes the daily news feed, runs Via Satellite social media and updates the website. In addition, she co-produces the On Orbit podcast. Rachel was previously a news editor for (former) commuter daily The Washington Post Express, where she edited for the Nation and World section, along with writing and editing human interest news about the D.C. area. She is also an alum of the Dow Jones News Fund program and interned at The New York Times as a copy editor on the Arts desk in 2015. Rachel has a degree in journalism from Ball State University. Isabel Burnham

Marketing Director, Satellite Group

Isabel Burnham joined Access Intelligence in 2016 as a Marketing Coordinator for the SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition. During her time at AI, Isabel has directed marketing campaigns for SATELLITE, OilComm Conference & Exposition, DC5G Conference and Via Satellite Magazine. Now as Marketing Director for the Satellite Group, Isabel is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution for all group products and works closely with content, editorial, sales, and operations.

Prior to joining Access Intelligence, Isabel studied Film & Television and History at the University of Vermont and started her marketing career at the non-profit organization Norman Bird Sanctuary, and luxury boat-builder Hinckley Yachts. Isabel lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending as much time by the ocean as possible.

Lauren McCaffrey

Assistant Marketing Manager, Satellite Group

Lauren McCaffrey joined Access Intelligence in 2022 as a media associate. She gained experience in editorial, sales, digital, and marketing roles before becoming a Marketing Coordinator for The Cable Group, working on Cablefax and Cynopsis. After a year, she transitioned to a Marketing Manager for the Satellite Group.

Previously, Lauren studied journalism and psychology at Northwestern University, where she was part of the varsity women’s soccer team. She now lives in Southern California and enjoys beach time with friends and family.
