OneWeb Technologies has signed Stallion Infrastructure Services as a distribution partner to deliver managed satcom service to its customers. Stallion Infrastructure, based in Houston, Texas, provides surface equipment rentals and logistics in North America, including remote housing and modular office buildings.
OneWeb Technologies is the Low-Earth Orbit operator’s proxy in North America. The company will provide Stallion with high-bandwidth and low-latency LEO connectivity, which Stallion will provide to its commercial and civil government markets.
“As the leader in designing, developing, and delivering critical communications technology, we are pleased to now offer OneWeb’s LEO-based global communications services and solutions via this partnership with OneWeb Technologies,” said Stallion Infrastructure’s CEO, Darron Anderson. “Our customers now have access to connect to high-speed internet where they need it, even when there is no terrestrial infrastructure.”
Separately, OneWeb Technologies recently participated in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Northern Edge exercise with MITRE and the Department of the Air Force’s Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communication and Battle Management (PEO C3BM). OneWeb Technologies deployed several terminals across the Joint Pacific-Alaska Range Complex and demonstrated high-capacity, low-latency satcom for both afloat and ashore locations, providing alternate commercial data transport pathway
