[Via Satellite 06-25-2014] RigNet appointed Gerry Gutierrez to the new position of group vice president of the Telecommunications Systems Integration (TSI) business. The company’s TSI business includes the systems integration sector that accompanied the acquisition of Nessco in July 2012 and the engineering and integrated services business acquired from Inmarsat in January 2014.

Prior to joining RigNet, Gutierrez held the role of marketing director of global major projects at Honeywell. Before that, he served in general management and business development roles at Honeywell in the U.S., and has international experience working in Latin America and Australia.
