beIN SPORTS Chooses AsiaSat for Two Major Sporting Channels

[Via Satellite 06-12-2014] AsiaSat is now transmitting two High Definition (HD) channels from beIN SPORTS via the AsiaSat 5 satellite.

The two channels, beIN SPORTS 1 and 2, feature a range of sporting content including coverage of the Italian Serie A, French Ligue 1, and other tournaments worldwide such as the ATP World Tour 250 series of tennis, RBS Six Nations rugby, International Baseball Federation (IBF) events and Liga Endesa (Spanish League basketball). The channels will broadcast to millions of sports fans in Hong Kong and Thailand.
