[Via Satellite 04-15-2014] The New York Stock Exchange has approved Globalstar’s common shares for trading, which will begin on Monday, April 21, 2014. The company will be listed on the NYSE MKT under the ticker “GSAT”, and will at the same time withdraw its shares from OTCQB. Globalstar’s team will ring the NYSE opening bell at 9:30 a.m. EST on April 21.

The NYSE MKT is an integrated venue within the NYSE Euronext community, leveraging the NYSE’s market model and offering a venue for listing and trading stocks of small companies.
