The company will receive 280,000 Meticais (MZM) and access to a number of software packages for its delivery of SkyeVine’s data broadband services via satellite to the local market and its ability to innovate trough service delivery.

   SkyeVine uses a two-way satellite broadband system to deliver data and voice services in areas where insufficient terrestrial connectivity is available. The company uses Ku-band satellite capacity from Intelsat 28 to provide these broadband services with maximum transmit rates of 384kbps and receive rate of 4Mbps across Africa, which make it a great opportunity for Mozambique’s growing telecommunications market.
