In his new role, Froeliger will oversee the operations of Intelsat’s satellite fleet and third-party satellites operated by Intelsat. He has been with Intelsat for over 20 years and most recently has held the position of Director of Space Systems Acquisition, responsible for overseeing the development, production and launch of all satellites acquired by Intelsat.

Froeliger will report directly to Intelsat CTO Thierry Guillemin.
