Andy Minaar has been hired as the new office’s managing director. His responsibilities include managing the operation and sales of the company’s complete range of commercial software solutions, such as its LBS. Minaar has previous experience in managing the African wireless sector, specifically in a position leading and improving Glenayre’s, later acquired by Movius, voice messaging business in Africa.
