Harmonic said the ProMedia family was designed to perform a range of functions, including transcoding, packaging and origination for high-quality video creation and delivery of live and on-demand streaming services to multiple devices. The ProMedia family also is integrated with digital rights management systems, asset management systems and content distribution networks.
