[Satellite TODAY 09-22-10] IPTV and satellite content delivery provider Global Gateway Media & Communications signed a content licensing agreement with HD digital broadcaster Dynamic Media Network (DMN), Global Gateway announced Sept. 21.
    The deal gives Global Gateway access to DMN’s 13 HD digital channels, with broadcast programming that includes sports coverage, movies and live events.
    “This blend of our cutting-edge IPTV and satellite content delivery and DMN’s content-rich programming creates a winning proposition for global audiences striving to view fresh new programming targeted for their demographic, and for advertisers seeking to target specific audiences. Some of this new programming is already being broadcasted across our global network, and we expect this agreement to have a material impact on our advertising revenue and profit over the next few quarters,” Global Gateway CEO Alex Parsinia said in a statement.
    Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
