Developer Netia is set to release Netia CMS, a content management system and integrated suite, which aims to enable users to streamline production processes, the company announced Sept. 3.
    Built on Netia’s existing media asset management system, Netia CMS uses a single, customizable Web-based interface, facilitating automated workflows across the customer’s production environment – from editing through post and distribution. The CMS also enables media companies to store, manage, and distribute content to any service provider or multimedia platform.
    “In a converged market with more players providing multiplatform delivery of media, success depends on being able to produce, manage, and deliver popular content to multiple outlets efficiently and cost-effectively,” Netia President and CEO Christophe Carniel said in a statement.
