[Satellite TODAY 07-29-10]  Set-top box manufacturer Advanced Digital Broadcast (ADB) has deployed hardware for two emerging DTH platforms in Eastern Europe, the company announced July 28.
    Polish digital satellite TV operator ITI Neovision is set to launch a retail HD offering which will enable Polish consumers to view a range of free-to-air satellite and terrestrial channels as well as have the option to buy premium content via a smart card and access over-the-top services. The TNK HD receivers, supplied by ADB, have been tested in the market since late May and will be commercially available throughout Poland at the beginning of September.
    ADB also announced that it has delivered two advanced, hybrid HD interactive digital satellite solutions to Slovak Telekom for the expansion of its Magio digital satellite TV offering, which was launched earlier this year.
