[Satellite TODAY 07-19-10] Skyline Communications has unveiled its DataMiner 6.5 update to its DataMiner network management system platform, the company announced July 16.
    The upgrade includes packaging the solution with DataMiner Cube UI, a new version of DataMiner’s service management technology. The new user interface aims to enable operators to interact end-to-end with their operational ecosystem with greater efficiency. DataMiner CPE Manager uses cross-correlation analysis to compare operational data it has collected against a comprehensive, multi-dimensional system model in real-time.
    The multi-vendor network management solution is targeted to operators in the IPTV, HFC broadband, broadcast and satellite industry and has been deployed by operators such as Eutelsat, GlobeCast, MTV, Telenor and Virgin Media.
