[Satellite TODAY 05-24-10] The sale of Satmex to MVS Comunicaciones and its U.S. partner Echostar Satellite Services may be finalized after the deal was initially terminated in March, according to a statement released by Mexican Communications and Transportation Secretary Juan Molinar Horacasitas.
    Horacasitas said the companies are back in negotiations over the price of the sale, which has been set between $347 million and $374 million.

Satmex on March 16 after Satmex failed to meet obligations to solicit consent to amend its outstanding debt and waive all defaults and to enter into lockup agreements with the holders of at least
a majority of its debt.
