[Satellite TODAY 05-04-10] Independent, non-profit public affairs cable network The California Channel (TCC) signed a distribution deal with Home2US Communications to broadcast programming on AMC-1’s C-band payload beginning in September, TCC announced May 3.
    Home2US will use the capacity to offer both SCPC space segment and Digital-C MCPS platform services to international and domestic clients.
    “By facilitating our carriage on AMC-1 and backed with their integrity and high standards, Home2US is allowing California’s government in action to be seen from Wall Street to Sunset Boulevard and the Golden Gate Bridge,” TCC President John Hancock said in a statement.
