[Satellite TODAY 05-03-10] Vizada Networks launched its redeveloped Global Field Support Program (GFSP), in cooperation with the Global VSAT Forum (GVF), to raise the quality of its global customer support, Vizada announced April 29.
    The GFSP program will place emphasis on training and certifying field engineers from Vizada business partners to GVF standards in order to combat satellite interference issues.
    Field engineer training is conducted via interactive lessons and exercises offered on GVF’s online portal. Upon completion of the online training, field engineers then meet on-site with a Vizada Networks’ GVF-qualified examiner, who administers a hands-on skills test using live VSAT systems.
