[Satellite TODAY 04-22-10] Harris Corp. has signed an agreement with NBC affiliate broadcaster Belo Corp. to provide Harris’ MPH platform to support the launch of Belo’s mobile digital TV transmission, Harris announced April 21.
    Harris’ MPH solution for ATSC mobile DTV includes its NetVX video networking platform, Synchrony mobile networking adapter and Apex M2X exciter as well as its Roundbox electronic service guide server.   
    Belo said it plans to use the MPH platform to expand its mobile DTV service throughout the United States. “Belo is investing to make mobile television a reality in all 15 markets that it serves,” Craig Harper, Belo’s vice president of technology, said in a statement.
